Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

  • Free Returns: All returns and exchanges within this window are free of charge.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.

  • How to Start a Return: Contact our support team via email info@moviathletic.com with your order number to initiate your return or exchange.

Additional Notes

  • We do not accept returns on items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
